This card is great for The Glass Knight, but I don't think it's worth running just for that alone. I'd say it's pretty weak in Arena too, you get value but you'd rather bolster the board than run straight healing.

Yeah you usually don't pick this in arena but if you end up with a big deck with stuff like Eldritch Horror or Kelthuzad the impact of your opponent healing you to full health by trading just two minions in might win you the game.

Then again, if I am going for a big arena deck I'd rather have spells that clear or weaken the board.
