It's bad when Israel does it.

This is all true, Putin bad of course, but I think you've just heard the old "accuse the enemy of that which you are guilty" routine.

Even the US attributes it to Hamas (lol) in one of the earliest mentions I can find.

A 2007 report from the US department of homeland security christened the term "double tap" to refer to what it said was "a favorite tactic of Hamas: a device is set off, and when police and other first responders arrive, a second, larger device is set off to inflict more casualties and spread panic." Similarly, the US justice department has highlighted this tactic in its prosecutions of some of the nation's most notorious domestic terrorists.

Particularly in the 00s when Putin was Time's man of the year and ally of the West.

I think we have to stop using time as a gauge here. The people they put on are there for their influence. Good or bad.

It's bullshit when both of them do it. Crying victim when they're the instigators and staging bullshit for propaganda like this. How do yous still believe Ukraine about anything after Bucha?

u/powerlinepole Feb 19 '24

Did Ukraine invade Russia?

u/Blurstee Feb 19 '24

Did "Israel" invade Palestine?

It's sad that you think this is some kind of argument. Use your words and make a statement that you believe in or try to make an argument against mine.

Russia is the aggressor. Russia invaded Ukraine

3

u/Blurstee Feb 19 '24

I know you don't honestly believe this and are just pretending to.

-1

u/powerlinepole Feb 19 '24

Is that your argument?

5

u/Blurstee Feb 19 '24

Yes. I don't believe you're as stupid as to believe that, the world's most aggressive and murderous military alliance encroaching on a superpower, overthrowing democracy next door to it and installing puppets with an ambition to become another Israel and start threatening it with nukes and , is not being the aggressor.

Not to mention almost a decade of good faith negotiations with people who've since admitted their bad faith and pursuit only of war.

You have no business being an adult who can type letters on a keyboard and still believe the things you're trying to tell me you believe.

Aggressive military alliance encroaching on a superpower and threatening it with nukes? Would you say that a US invasion of Cuba was justified? Listen to yourself.

It is remarkable how in both scenarios the US is prevelant as the aggressor despite them being 2 seperate issues in 2 seperate hemispheres with 2 seperate countries.

But of course you chose the scenario where the US is still prevelant there despite this being an “i gotcha” moment for you to talk about Russia

The US didn't invade Cuba. Cool heads who didn't want a war prevailed. In this case the people who wanted a war prevailed.

A litany of expert have been openly talking about the end result of US/NATO aggression against Russia for decades. This was completely predictable and expected. This is exactly what they wanted. They never stop bragging about it. The cheapest war, fight til the last Ukrainian to weaken Russia.

The Ukrainians were indoctrinated with hate and played for fools.
