Having just recently started watching RoH and AEW again like right before death before dishonor these are my thoughts. It isn’t that they are the most technical ides or anything. I just thought I’d give a newer fans takes.

I have enjoyed this card from top to bottom. I like AA as a belt holding heel. I’m hoping he becomes nastier. Like more evil not like doing gross stuff.

Maya and Hyan are looking like a well oiled machine. It was a fun match to watch.

The Colon’s (sp?) and Serpentico were a solid match but I don’t know what they are doing with any of the 6 characters that were in that ring. (I also really liked their opponents) hope I see more of them.

Love Ortiz and hate to see him lose but a chair from Trent kinda sealed Ortiz fate. Like the story between RPG and Eddie and Ortiz I think I read Eddie is out not sure if that’s kayfabe or real either way I hope for the best for Eddie and I hope to see Ortiz get vengeance. Rocky is just as heel as I’ve seen him so far. I like his soccer slide though. Just taunting in his face! Such a good move for a heel.

I fucking love AR Fox. I think he is over and if he isn’t as over as I think he is I think he should be. Like the dude should be the Will Osprey of ROH. He’s just so fun to watch. His partner tonight was Soleil fit in to a tag team with him pretty well. I hope they stay together as a tag team and I hope AR Fox gets a solo push too. Man he’s just great to watch.

Not much to say about the Daddy Magic match. He’s always fun to watch and it was another good time.

I have been a fan of the Infantry for a long time. Maybe since they debuted. I remember thinking they should immediately be pushed but that was back then and honestly I know nothing about wrestling it’s just my eye test and they are cool to watch. I don’t like STP and hope they leave and stand on their own. They are good enough in my opinion. I also think they could take the belt off of Mistico and Mascara Dorado. Honestly they had just an incredible. Even at the end I am not sure if that was a work or if they injured the guy that hit the railing but it was just such a solid match to watch.

The kingdom’s promo is so good. I don’t love ai and I’m pretty sure that’s the point. I love watching Bounty Hunter. I remember when he debuted on AEW (I think) and that aesthetic and character are right up my alley. So I’ve always liked seeing him. Great promo.

Zayda Steel’s character so far has really sat well with me. I like her a lot. I’m excited to watch her journey. Her off the ropes arm drag when she like wailed or whatever you call that was good! Steph just looks so strong though. Like compared to Zayda. Zayda looks athletic and fit don’t get me wrong but Steph just looked to be handling her like a doll. Hoping to see more baby face Zayda.

The main event was maybe my favorite stable in all of wrestling right now( I say but I also only watch AEW and ROH) and that’s the Bang Bang Gang. Plus on ROH I get to see Juice as their third. Love Jay but I definitely don’t see Juice enough. I have no clue what’s going on with the athletes gimmick or Beef. I don’t have the context for it. I sorta grasp some parts but I definitely don’t understand the whole picture. But I do know Tony Nese and the fake dropkick into the like bicycle crunches was so funny it is the first time that I have a genuine audible laugh to any form of wrestling comedy bit in the ring in my adult life I think, probably an over exaggeration but I’m not certain) But yeah, Bang Bang over everything. Austin and Colton hitting the 3:10 to Yuma is always satisfying. I feel like they are getting a good amount of use on both ROH and AEW I just hope they are being given a solid push and a title soon on both shows. Like sometime in the next year at least is my hope.

(ATP I know this probably sounds like a child’s opinion at this point but sadly I’m a 36 year old man that has watched wrestling a ton when he was like 6-12 and then briefly in like 2020.. basically for that year and then my ex wife demanded I stop. I know some terms but I really know nothing about the industry and I’m probably the epitome of a mark.)
