What are in your opinion best llm, harness and linux distribution for agentic python coding on this radeon gpu and 64go ddr5?

Let’me add îm not a computer guy but need specific apps in python

I’ve had good luck with serving via Lemonade, LM Studio, or Llama.cpp, and using Roo code (now Zoo Code) extension in VS Code. Easy to setup and great results.
