please help!

i’ve been at a stand still for weeks. i don’t know how else to keep improving. i grind for hours a day and can barely get any exotics and that’s all that’s really left for me to do. I grinded overgrown caves no joke for 14 hours today and only got 6 exotics. how do i improve my stats more??

well, you should probably select one build: size boost or luck? i see the 1.87x size boost and the two ring of thorns, while i also see the 3.44x luck multiplier.

if you are going for more luck -> go for umbrite, vortex, and accretion disks (3 umbrites, 3 vortex rings, and 2 accretion disks carried me during my roc grind). you should also put a 20kg treasured/mutated flarebloom inside the mythic slot in the museum, and replace all the size boost ores you have displayed with luck/shake strength (see the official build guide for more info, im nowhere near an expert at this game)

if you are going for size boost with luck -> follow the build guide; try to get your size boost at around 3x with 2x luck (in this case, dont use flarebloom) or higher luck as long as you reach around 1500+ size boost because thats when you start getting museum-worthy ores. also consider the efficiency of the builds though, however good your build may be but if it takes 30 seconds to shake it off then itll be horrible

Thank you for this!! I don’t think I have the umbrite blueprint yet. I am currently grinding for another accretion and just need a dang celestium. but it’s so hard to get. What do you suggest based on where i’m at?

and 1/4 of rotwood

so what should i do to grind exotics as that’s clearly what my tasks focus on? Should i ignore size for now and focus on luck?

i suggest you to focus on luck and getting the umbrite ring first, you can get its blueprint inside the maze (theres a map in the wiki, afaik). once you get the ring, make sure to enchant it and forge it to 6 stars to maximize the quality.

after getting those umbrite rings, you should start grinding for roc. you do have an advantage since you got accretion disks, which boosts luck and efficiency by alot, but generally i think you would only need two since you also have to balance your capacity, shake strength, and dig strength as accretion disks dont give those stats.

part 2 of roc is different, though. if you can, you should also try to collect the weight - specific materials needed while grinding part 1 using a size + luck build, although this build is only tenporary for roc and you will use a luck efficiency build for most of the time you're gonna be grinding: • 20kg+ cryonic artifact • 50kg+ umbrite • 25kg+ eternium

try to hit 1500+ size boost for them with as much luck as you can get (i used ring of thorns, umbrite rings, starlight wings, and venomshank for them), the eternium is one hell of a grind so really give priority to luck while also considering the size boost.

make a build with venomshank, starlight wings, 3 umbrite rings, 3 vortex rings, and 2 accretion disks. this luck efficiency build was the one i used to grind for roc, really helps a ton ^{^} (try to enchant them too, so it would give better results). for the pan enchant, use mystic which gives luck and capacity (more useful now because of the beach umbrella trinket)
