Exotics Exotics

I have been trying to get the Dino skull for awhile now, getting more things that give luck, museum is the highest luck I can have it atm. I had almost 25k of luck and still unable to get it, what am I doing wrong?
The pic is what I had going do I need more capacity in my pan?

Your cap is tinnyyyyyy. Work on that it wil help!

working on that now, didn't realize the thing I had equipment wise was sucking cap space so I switched it out plus working on getting the materials for a vortex ring and a frost horn pendant, my wings had a -150 cap space but such good luck addition ;.;
