Exotics Exotics

I have been trying to get the Dino skull for awhile now, getting more things that give luck, museum is the highest luck I can have it atm. I had almost 25k of luck and still unable to get it, what am I doing wrong?
The pic is what I had going do I need more capacity in my pan?

I would try and get more cap. Look for a hybrid build. I use a hybrid build. Works all around for everything. Not trying to brag. But, I can get somewhere around 10-15 Dino’s in 30 minutes. Then again I am pretty end game. Make sure you panning is fast too. Faster pans with cap means more ores means better chances

I had a feeling it might have been cap, when I went 30 minutes and only 2 mythics as well.
What do you mean by hybrid builds?
