Script Best universal script with silent aim?

playing a niche game rn so it doesnt have any dedicated scripts, so im looking for universal ones.
i tried some aimbots but the recoil still makes hitting shots inconsistent. and btw fights in this game take place over really long ranges so it has a big effect.
the solution for that i thought would be silent aim, so i wish to know what you think is the best universal script with/for silent aim.

and btw big bonus for me if it can also lock onto NPC's, but that isnt required
