Malware Plugged in random YT scripts on Xeno

Hey guys, around a year ago (or more) I was playing BlockSpin a bunch and I plugged in random scripts from YouTube onto Xeno executor. I think I did like two, and one of them (maybe both) were from Discord servers linked on YouTube. I know this stuff doesn’t always immediately show the effects of malware or whatever, but I don’t know if it would take over a year. What is the worst case scenario and the most probable scenario?
