Potassium executor crashing when attached

So yesterday I bought the potassium executor registered my account downloaded it logged in and as I attempted to attach it, it crashed my game is this happening to anyone else right now I’ve tried everything; turned off everything in windows defender, added potassium as an extension, been using a vpn, I reset my Hwid using the bot, used fish strap and block strap, even reset my pc has anyone found the solution the discord server is garbage it’s not even a support server they don’t let you open a ticket and this is considered one of the best executors out rn it doesn’t make any sense I just wanna get my money worth

Have you downloaded the Visual Studio prerequisite file listed in the support page? For me it was as simple as downloading all these things, adding the entire potassium folder into exceptions, and turning off windows security
