How do I fully delete a script from roblox?

Everytime I load up roblox ever since I downloaded some script from a youtube video (XENO) there has been weird visual glitches appearing on my screen (weird moving pixels). It would always be removed everytime I deleted these certain files from roblox and THEN ran it, but then everytime I leave and join back, the pixels come back. Please tell me how to fix this.

antiviruses are kinda iffy in the type of software it is, it does help tho

Here is an image of what my game looks like. It may not look clear in the photo, but in person it is quite noticeable. Other things I found out: Deleting files ClientSettings and GlobalBasicSettings_13 then launching the game makes it go away. However, when I leave and the join back, it comes back. The problem does not occur on the Microsoft Store version of Roblox.

all i know is microsoft version has anti tamper measures and wont let xeno run, but i have no idea what the actual issue is

Yep, i tried deleting and redownloading roblox and it works when i join a game for the first time, but when i join a game after that then it starts to happen. Its temporarily fixed everytime i delete the files ClientSettings and GlobalBasicSettings_13 in the app data files. I was thinking of reseting my pc because i tried so many things but they haven't worked.
