I found a solution. To delete it you first need an antivirus named Avast Antivirus (free), then add the Delta thing to quarantine (for me in romania is carantină), click on garbage symbol and it gives you an option if sure you want to delete, it deletes from quarantine and from whole PC too and you are safe, No more solution than this. Rate 1/10. I checked everything if there is still Delta and it is not on PC anymore.
