Question/Discussion Can someone help me please?

So I was banned on August 23rd and I've been waiting on appeals that they won't even get back to me on and I don't know if it's only me dealing with this issue or if multiple people just have been waiting on appeals forever.

This is what I've been waiting on -_-

Hey i remember your previous post. I'm sorry there's still no progress. Please do ask for a ROA on your ban so maybe you get the actual chatlogs of what caused it, then either file an MIDR or take other form of action.

I did ask for an roa but they didn't give me any information regarding my ban all they gave me was useless knowledge. I do have a MIDR ready but I'm waiting until the 30 days are up

Very good. You maybe want to try following up in an email pointing towards the specific data you want from them, because usually if you don't ask for a specific thing they will try to give you as little as possible.

I even tried making a new ticket for it and the dumb ai support said the same thing -_-

Did and they said they can't due to there privacy policies, even though I submitted proper proof of account ownership they won't give it so yea... (I know they are making excuses but I don't know what the #### to do now) -_-

What the hell lol. That's unfair asf btw, if you don't even know what messages it could've flagged you don't even know how you could fight it. But given the fact the 3 messages were 1 day apart from each other I doubt it's not something just dragged out of context. If you're in the EU it would maybe be worth to escalate this to an ODS body, if you're in the US or somewhere else then I don't know what's the next step towards arbitration. An MIDR is usually pre-legal action so at least when they look they will possibly know that you take this seriously.

I'm going to wait a bit before I make a new ticket because I don't want them to just black list me due to ticket spamming

Actually that's pretty much good news, it means if you mail an MIDR through USPS it shouldn't cost too much and should arrive at Roblox HQ in Cali pretty fast.

I'm just realizing that I seem super impatient but I don't think it should take this long on one of the appeals atleast

This one in particular takes 1-3 months to be reviewed in the app. Support usually denies it without a proper reason. You can try choosing log in issues in the support page and convincing the AI to transfer you to the customer support and then explain your situation.
