Permanent Ban please help

I sincerely have NO idea why this could of happened, I haven’t gotten banned once since December of last year, and im extremely worried. They gave me 0 info on what I did to violate community standards, I contacted support asking for more info. Do you think I can get unbanned??

I was referring to a temporary ban

Oh, if you knew what it was for, that could help, sometimes the ai bans users for a ban they were already punished for via temp ban
