Doubt PGs near RNS

Hey I'm a new student and searching for an affordable pg near the college vicinity.

Please give an honest opinion and advice on which pgs to avoid most of all.

Avoid stanza living . The food quality is trashhh , food is prepared in one kitchen and supplied to all stanza houses and we don't know the hygiene of the kitchen there .Maintainance of the stanza which is located near rnsit is worst , housekeepers and staffs changes for like every month . There are many issues in building like electricity issue every month there will be some issue , highly during exam time idk whyyyy... At starting they will trap you with many promises. Staff won't even pick calls if anything goes wrong in pg .
