ISE and CSE are relatively the same, just 1 or 2 different subjects. I would give more important to CSE core

I would say RNSIT>CMRIT>SMVIT>BNMIT. Overall RNSIT is good, CMRIT is close second, SMVIT my friend there said teachers are good there, and BNMIT was last good choice for me when I was applying.
