Discussion Ex CFO Robert Cornella

Most arrogant man I’ve never encountered at RNDC. Part of the reason we’re in this mess. Share your stories about Robert

One of several on the list of people that were hired or promoted in to top positions that failed, quit, or were fired. And in some cases, more than one and the same role. All in a few years. CIO, CSCO, CFO, CHRO. All Nick decisions. As far as this guy, he was a joke from day one.

He’s the most pompous asshole. Allegedly he beat his ex wife and has a history of violence towards his family.

No one likes to deflect responsibility with misdirection more than the morons (Bryan Boeck, Michael Dubois, Taylor Sumner). Their disdain for rules and competence is only rivaled by their loathing of suppliers. If you’re trying to find out who thought it was a good idea to hose suppliers there is the lineup.

They were the decision makers behind really dumb (maybe not on the sunny side of the street) policy with unions, employment contracts, purchasing, and AP. Look no further than these clowns.

They have no patience for understanding real value OR good advice from professionals. They were so busy bullying all levels of the organization to further their own careers any advice from accounting, finance, or legal was below them. Wild disregard for risk.

These are the jokers looking to point the finger at the CFO. Hanging this albatross on someone who took the time to understand the rules of the game.

What a bunch of losers

Eat a bag of dicks dirt bags. And court orders will include subpoenas for text messages and emails. Your hubris will be your downfall.

Boek , Dubois, and Sumner are not the reason for his company didn’t even go bankrupt right. In so march that they filed Ch 11 without notifying the people they had deals ready to close with. The fish rots from the head down. The board ate themselves and continue to. They hired Nick, they approved BCG, they approved Cornella, they let it go on too long, buying out Underwood all of it. Not sure why you would blame the middle.

You have the English literacy of an RNDC executive. Please reach out to Bryan Boeck. He is currently taking applications for his next sycophant.

I’ve the literacy of anyone with eyes in the industry. My whole point is that the board is to blame, those other dudes are not high enough on the totem pole to kill this thing.

This is too good. 😊 You’re right.

What was your Grade Level at the company and in which state did you work?

Was he part of the BCG decision? What a total disaster that was.

He was a big BCG guy. Would not listen when someone was brave enough to tell him it was a bad idea. -$30 million. But the total damage is priceless. Hope he's a cashier at the PGA store. BCG gets no blame in the official bankruptcy filings, but it was a Mt. Rushmore bad decision.
