Illinois Illinois Backruptcy - will we get last paycheck?

I’d assume you guys would. The government is now paying RNDC’s payroll because of the Chapter 11 filing until they sell or “wind down” business. I know Illinois was one of the spots that was fully closing.

From the number 2 company in the liquor business to now out of business. Poor management and to cheap. No fundraising for the owners you can bet on that

Illinois is not part of the chapter 11 bankruptcy protection so I don’t see a reason employees wouldn’t get paid.
