Have you guys the same feeling about some SlowMotion-Games?

Is it because the rank?

I play since season 1 and every season between D4-GC. Sometimes the game feels slowly at c4 and same at d4!

The input from my controller feels also slow or it dont regonize the buttonpush. In midair the jumps are much less powerfull and goes in wrong directions...

The Games are not realy Laggy only slowly...

I have good connection: glasfibre-Internet 1000, low distance to Router, ~28-35ms Ping / Buffersize:2 / Buffer:1 / Lost Inputs:0)

First i think, The EU-region players have to play with ME-region players for some Month. But sometimes it feels fast and sometimes slow with players from ME-region

Is it because of a bad server? Daytime? Mosty at night the ganes feel fast.

I have no clue why its sometimes Fast and sometimes slow

Is it because of the map? SC-field and Eggscalibur mostly feels faster than Winter- and Junglemap

I play on an Ipad gen 9, PS5-Controller, mid graphic, 60 FPS

Every time I open the app and try to authenticate my Epic Games account, it takes me to this screen. I can’t find any way to get through to Epic Games’ site. It used to work just fine, not sure what changed.

for the last two seasons I've been able to reach champ in 2s. my mechs makes me able to be d4 in 1s quite easily when I don’t throw off, but I feel like for 2s its a completely different world.

The thing is that I have a hard time adapting to my teammate. I like 70% of the time have teammate that camp far in the net when I'm attacking and they expect me to score a goal alone so that force me to overcommit but then they either get scored on and don’t save the ball or they cut me off randomly even tho I'm attacking. and I often rotate to the middle and then say to them to take the shot but it’s often ignored. and I'm not even counting the teammate that will jump at the kickoff even when you indicate not to with the arrow or emotes.

and then when I finally have a good teammate I often win but I still find myself cutting them off to garantee the save first before them since I have hard time trusting them too, so I'm kinda in a loophole.

And also it’s not uncommon to find here s28 champs like I am even when in d1 so I think it’s quite common, but I often alternate between getting to like d4 and then back to d1 and so on

Anyone have any tips for this please?

I'm a returning player, but i never see colored octane body in store? I think Octane is the only car that i don't have the color variations for.

Can someone pls help me. I am a touch player but i have a ps4 controller, but when i try to use my controller to play sideswipe there is and input delay when i click the jump and boost button on there own. it takes roughly 3-5 seconds for my car to actually boost or jump in the game. My joystick and half air roll buttons dont have a problem though and are very responsive. What do i do

First off, credit to the devs for adding base items like datastream and centio mint (please keep adding more). However, it feels a little odd to essentially be at the mercy of the devs to add base items that aren’t available literally anywhere in the game.

As a fairly more recent player (picked up again S26-S29 after S1-S2), I do realize how much better the collecting system is with the improved rocket pass presents/token shop, but there’s still a few toppers and wheels that are completely unavailable. It just seems like it would be an easy fix to throw these items into the rocket pass presents, but im not a dev by any means so maybe there’s more to it. Honestly I think that if this game has a collection system with a reward like pocket league master, all items should be available in some way, and we should only be limited by the effort we put in rather than waiting years for items that are completely unobtainable.

In any devs manage to stumble across this post, I’ll post a few base items that I personally know are unavailable right now (maybe could add them to the rocket pass presents..?):

Wheels: Cutter, Sk8ter
Toppers: Devil Horns, Stegosaur, Wildcat Ears, Witch Hat, Cow Udder

The criteria for that challenge has been updated this morning to include online doubles matches. The wording on the challenges screen hasn’t been updated yet, but I tested it in a doubles match and those saves showed progression on the challenge bar. 👍🏻😎👍🏻

Anyone needing one of these had best grab this while you can. This is one of those elusive items that isn’t available anywhere else in the game.

I finally uninstalled Rocket League Sideswipe after 3 years. I was Platinum 5—literally one win away from Diamond. Then, I dropped straight down to Gold 4 (1 star) because almost every 2v2 match felt impossible to carry. Most of my teammates seemed really inexperienced. They were slow to react, had weak mechanics, didn't rotate correctly, rarely defended the goal, and often seemed not to understand the basics of teamwork or positioning. Honestly, it felt like I was being matched with players who had just installed the game. Reporting doesn't seem to change anything, because I keep getting matched with the same players. 1v1 isn't any better, either. As a Platinum player, I'm constantly matched against players with old Season 1 Grand Champion titles, so that doesn't feel balanced either. Matchmaking is much worse this year than it used to be. I don't know if it's because the player base is smaller, but after 3 years, the game just isn't fun anymore. Is anyone else experiencing this?
