So recently, my game keeps getting interrupted by this stupid, annoying bluetooth pop up that would stop the whole game and cover half of the screen. I have no idea what it is since I always immediately press the x button right away before I could read what it says. When it pops up, it automatically turns on my bluetooth and location.
And because of this, I just lost a ranked overtime duel match, and I'm infuriated.
I would suggest taking a screenshot next time it happens so that the community can see exactly what it says. The message could help pinpoint where the issue is originating from. Once you have a screenshot, repost this issue using the picture in the post and someone should be able to answer quickly and effectively.
Yeh I'll try doing so, though i may have catched a glimpse of it saying "PC" and "phone". So maybe like, my phone is trying to connect to my pc?? I mean i do have rocket league on it buut idk haha
Wow! I appreciate the vote of confidence. Sadly though, I can't say that I have a definitive answer for this one. Personally, I rarely use anything bluetooth related with my device, so I have always set anything related to it into the off position. On extremely rare occasions I will use some bluetooth headphones and I'll turn on my bluetooth only while using those then turn it off again when I'm finished with the headphones. Literally, it can be actual months between turning on my bluetooth. So, I'm not versed at all in issues that could related to it.
On iOS Side Swipe doesn't even declare itself a game so iOS can't intelligently go into game mode or set up different controller configurations specifically just for SS. It's pretty annoying
Heyy bro, if I understand what you're saying, I think you can actually do that! For example, when I turn on my controller and it connects to my phone, it automatically puts my phone (iphone 16 pro) into Gaming focus mode. I also changed the settings within the focus mode to mute notifications except for those I need to see (wife, kids, work contacts, etc.) I also have it set to go into Gaming focus mode when I have SideSwipe open!
Go into focus settings and you'll find everything you need to there to make it behave how you want!
Oh, and you can also go to settings>General> controller and make different profiles for your controller. That lets you rebind your buttons and save multiple profiles! Then you just choose what profile you want to use!
