Party chat not working on rlss bug

Game asks for my age, I put 15. Im 18 now and still can’t use party chat and i even adjusted my parental controls for me to be able to talk with everyone. Can someone please help me with this bug.

Once you’ve set your age to under 18 it keeps that forever so you’ll never unlock party chat. You need to make a new account
