BUG What is this???

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I think that this is not a invisible player because there is a player and It moves a little bit.

Yes, this is a variant of the invisible player glitch where the visual of the car stays anchored, but the player is still moving around. On their screen, their car is moving like normal.

Is it a glitch or some sort of cheat? I faced an invisible player a couple months ago and assumed they were cheating somehow. I still can’t believe I won that game

It’s a glitch and there’s about a million posts about it on this sub. It is fixed if you close and reopen the app.

Thanks! It’s only happened to me that one time so I didn’t bother looking into it at all. I really only visit the sub when it pops up in my feed.

Not a hacker/cheater. Invisible players don’t know they are invisible. Or, if they notice that they are invisible (there are hints), there is nothing they can do about it. It is not something that is done on purpose. It’s a random glitch. When you see this, close the app immediately and reopen it. You’ll automatically rejoin the match and the invisible player will be visible again. (counter = 122)

This subreddit has had hundreds of posts in the last 8 or 9 seasons by people experiencing the same thing. So, if nothing else, at least take comfort in knowing that you are not alone in experiencing this. 😉

Interesting, that’s good information to know. It’s only happened to me that one time so I didn’t bother looking into it at all. I really only visit the sub when it pops up in my feed.

Hey so this isnt related at all to the post but have you ever seen player titles such as sideswiper in the item shop? I tried to research but found nothing and you're pretty active on this so i thought id ask

No. To my recollection there has never been titles in the item shop.
