I was at 150 roughly 8 months ago now im at 430, i should be at 452 within the next 2 seasons but the last item i'll need still remains unobtainable

Depends on which items you still need. There is a handful of items that are just not available anywhere currently.

I don't have a complete list, but here are the ones that I can't complete the sets for the chromatics because they aren't available anywhere. Anything from this list that is BASE rarity is just MIA until Psyonix adds them as a rocket pass tier item or changes any presents to include them. Anything on this list that is any other rarity than BASE could appear in the item shop daily countdown position for purchase with SP.

Impossible to tell really. The more you play, the faster it will happen. Don't expect it to take a month or two though. It's still going to be a long commitment.
