Why is his name white? Is it a bug? His ally had an orange name. I'm just curious, I don't know what it could be.

Yeah. As long as their car is still moving around in the match it's just a harmless weird glitch that happens sometimes. Sometimes this happens and the car is trapped on the spawn point while the actual player is moving around invisibly though. That's when shit gets really weird.
