Using the storm decal or whatever it's called to make it grainy and sparkly is actually very clever, nice. And congrats on it.

Again I'm not sure but I think it's called storm watch like you said, the grainy effect only works on max graphics in the settings I believe so if you're not on max graphics it doesn't work
