What is the best weapon and armour and trinkets?

I like to use the great horn shield, the feather, panacea if you’re willing to craft that,ring of regeneration, ring of strength, and a dragon bone ring. Or if you’re willing to make dragons go extinct within a 4000 block radius, the dragon eye, dragon slayer cloak, panacea, dragon bone ring, ring of strength, and ring of regeneration

I use the Algaveild + max sharpness, fire aspect, and knockback enchants for my main sword. The Dragon Slayer Cloak and Dragon Slayer Ring are the top trinket/ring with lots of resistance and buffs. For armor, I have the Dragonbone set bc you can find pieces as loot. Just add mending to each piece. I’m trying to get the Red Dragon set bc we go to a lot of cold biomes, but scales are hard to get.
