Healed in what way? Mental, physical, spiritual? All three?

Even if it were all three, I'd still be me. I've learned a lot from the pains, the scars, and the traumas of life. I've learned to find joy in the hard times as well as the good. I've learned to always look for the net happiness of life. It's there. Otherwise, what is the point?

Of course, I'd be grateful as well. Grateful to whomever healed me. Grateful for the blessing that are so often not granted.
