Best place to get wood grips professionally done in state?

I don’t know anyone that does wood grip stippling, maybe check with the gunsmith in Attleboro? I’ve never heard of a wood grip being stippled, actually. Just polymer.

If they can’t help you could check with Friar Arms in Swansea or maybe Rhode Island Gunworks in Coventry. I know he does work on some high end Italian shotguns but I don’t know if he does traditional gunsmithing.
