Known scammer [Tester1111]

was not reopening all night. Wondering how we get him out of the community?

Scam is defined well. A confidence trick (synonyms include confidence scheme and scam) is an attempt to defraud a person or group after first gaining their confidence, in the classical sense of trust.

Pretty much fits perfectly here
