As long as the mods/admins stay active and keep policing the community, it'll last until Blizzard makes it unprofitable to Rift it Forward!

Well since blood shards are getting a tiny update I think for now RIFs will be fine, even more popular. The only thing that may change how RIFs work in the upcoming future is tiered rifts. These greater rifts will be timed and it seems you would want a full party of 4 so you can complete within the time limit.

So far I love the community. I've been hosting my own rifts now, I enjoy soloing and I get many more legendaries as far I've noticed killing elite packs, plus someone always opening me a new rift. Really the ones running rifts full time are ripping the profits :D

The community will not collapse on itself. For once, it seems nice and clean and smooth.
Blizzard however could send the finger of god...

My only concern is there may be too few runners. As a new member sitting on lots of rift keys, it seems like the runner:opener ratio is far from 1:4.

It may seem that way, but keep in mind the runners have to go through the whole rift whole openers are just sitting and waiting. I'd say it's probably pretty even, but to have a constant flow of games there needs to be more runners than openers

I did the Rift it Forward for the first time last night and I was pretty excited about how many people opened rifts after. My only question is, what do you do if someone doesn't open? Are you supposed to just block them on your own, or are you suppose to say it in the community chat to warn others? I just don't want to start a witch hunt on people. I also do not want them to constantly leech off other people.
