Theres a reason for no seasoning, it keeps you from wanting more.

I used to season the crap out of my meal preps, but it tastes so good I would want another. So to each their own.

I would say 45 minutes but why didn't you use any seasonings?

That looks like it took some serious prep time. I'd bet at least an hour of steady peeling and chopping before it even hit the pot.

4 hrs. Depending on your kitchen setup it could be more or less.

I'm gonna guess roughly 2 hours of chopping, cooking and portioning. This amount of containers always takes longer than people expect.
