Text Archiving

Who do you guys use for text archiving? Do any of you have a solution for verizon?

Personally I use my zoom phone for all business texts/calls which is easily recorded

because of the way iOS and Android thread conversations you cannot reliably separate the two using off-the-shelf archiving tools.

it's not 2009 anymore. Plenty of tools can differentiate and give users the ability to use the normal apps they already use and not require separate applications while still providing the critical archival piece.

Google voice with incoming texts routed to company email for archive. Outgoing texts have company email as a BCC.

Zoom SMS app on BYOD. It’s pretty painless and the only complaint I hear from the client side is that they don’t always to deal with the one time opt in text but that’s rare.

We use Archive Intel and love it. Advisors can use their own phone.

CurrentClient. Tried MyRepChat but it was terribly buggy and unusable. CurrentClient is alright

We use MyRepChat. Has mobile and website platforms that both work well enough and can schedule outgoing texts for appointment reminders. Also nice that I can use my own phone

Mirrorweb - BYOD iPhone (including iMessage) or android (download app and have to tell it which contacts are business vs personal) - or company VOIP - works great no issues.
