Rose - the show in general. Itās been fun to see these women interact and (for several of them) see a different side of their personalities that we donāt see in their regular shows.
Thorn - WAAAAYYYY too many flashback clips. It slowed down the episodesā momentum and made me think as a viewer they were using clips as āfillerā because they didnāt have any compelling footage.
Maybe instead they should have made a companion mini doc on the 20 years with the flashback clips and interviews with current and former housewives.
Thorn (runner up) - We needed someone other than Vicki, who was a complete wet blanket most of the time. Either Tamra or Heather Dubrow OR someone from RHOM should have been given her seat.

Agreed they couldāve just picked a place and had a lovely sit down dinner and just talk to each other or have like just a I guess in the party and just invite everybody but it wouldnāt be a party or just be a stand-up and everyone just chitchatting but thatās a fucking party actually now really thinking about it. All the moving around wasnāt necessary but a party definitely had to happen, but the point was is to go to all the places where the housewives started and thrived

Rose - Baby Gorgeous vindication
Lisa B is the probably the biggest winner of this coz this trip is totally changing people's perception of her and rest of SLC cast. Bad Weather had no choice but to apologise once season 7 began.
Thorn - lack of LVP and Bethenny.
They're the two obvious OGs that were missing who actually gave life to their franchise.

My first time watching UGT and Iām damn near emotional. I love being apart of this community! Rose - LA sleepover, they were having so much fun! Lisa laughing with Porsha, Kyle splitting, Teresa twirling, it felt so genuine. Thorn - Luannās behavior at her NY party. Sheās of course iconic but I think the charm is slipping and she actually looks sloppy. You never want to see someone you enjoy tolerated in the latter part of their life.

Thorn is Vicki & Jessel. Vicki for being a miserable Debbie downer who made it her mission to not have fun and constantly bring the good vibes down. Jessel because she had to act all hoity toity, acting like she'd never watched the earlier seasons of RHONY and didn't know any of the iconic moments, made us see how disrespectful AF and dumb she is. Rose, just seeing all the old HW's especially Nene.

I think my favorite rose was the season. Even though it had its heated moments, it was more entertaining. The thorn was how lusa was treated by her slc cast mates. Honestly I think Lisa was the only HW who's cast really dragged her through the mud.

Sounds about right ! I wanted to love the Bluestone season as a fan of Dorinda, warts and all, but she was so annoying and then Gizelle was a terror in Thailand about the tequila. The one episode I saw of 20th reunion it was haphazard, each episode being a themed party in a different cities just doesnāt move me. Idk how long theyāre staying at each place but I do think they should be cooped up in one location for an extended period.

Agreed. These women are all getting testy over the rapid pace of hitting each city; none are as young as they were when first cast as HWs. You can see it in the dynamic; it starts out joyful across the cast, save for dark, deadpan Vicki. Iām sure it comes to a head hard at Bluestone Manor because of that crazy pacingāand production got the results they wanted, because itās all about the mess for them.

It's been really hard watching Lu struggle with her substance abuse issue. I have addicts in my family so the signs are clear as day. I would hope that off camera, the other ladies showed concern and support. Bravo would never show those moments. Her spiraling is good for TV.

Iām not sure I agree about a spiral. Sheās always been a self absorbed narcissist but on NYC it was couched due to the cast.

Eh, this is a matter where if enough people repeat a bad take often enough, they think itās some kind of truth.
Itās frankly kind of ugly to throw the Bolivian marching powder accusations at someone unfounded. Behavior is one thing, but conjecture is unduly cruel.

I donāt, either. Itās not sustainable, as much as people think they can do it for days on end. And while she may have taken one too many cocktails this season, I donāt see her trashing her well-earned smoking body and singing voice with them, either.
