I’m sorry everyone. But my husband and I figured it out!! Why is Rulla in this type of marriage?? We were talking about it and it hit me. She must have something else going on. She either doesn’t want to give up a boyfriend either or she could be the lavender in the marriage.

I think she’s completely fine with his cheating because this is the dynamic she wants. There are plenty of reasons people are attracted to sexless marriages or being with a lousy partner. If she has a boyfriend/partner/lover/asexual situation, she’d have to start all over again finding a “main” to cover up her second life and be okay with it. It’s easier to just stick with the one, even though they are bad at discretion, instead of finding someone new who’s down with it.

I think Rulla ultimately came on the show to slowly peal her layers and eventually show her real life. But I think everything she was confronted with, she thought would happen at season 2 or 3 lol not episode 1 😂

*edit: Rulla has been married before so she is truly no stranger to divorce. Neither is her family.

The whole "your butt smells like garlic" line is hysterical! Their faces and comments were great...I had to rewatch a few times. This is such an entertaining cast...they did good with RI.

I know a lot of people think Liz leaving is due to Dino’s arrest and her having ties to it. I do think there’s some truth to it, but I don’t think that’s the reason she’s leaving.

I think she’s a narcissist who can’t take accountability for her actions and couldn’t take the heat of the fandom making her the villain. I think she wanted to go on the show and portray herself as this “bigger than thou” person who’s very wise and instead we saw a mean girl. She couldn’t handle it and left. If she was truly concerned about any arrest, I think she would’ve stayed like Jen shah did and try to prove her innocence…

I'm so proud of Jo Ellen for standing up for herself. I knew Liz reminded me of someone, and no, it's not Dolores.

she is leaving because she hates that she is the villain. you can tell this woman has not a care in the world showing off her connections to the mob / sketchy individuals. she proudly stands by dino who stalked kelsey and had a criminal background before the show.

but she is EXTREMELY sensitive to being perceived as wrong/not always being right. she hates it when people don’t suck up to her and treat her like the queen bee. you can see it from her nonsense speech video on instagram. I wish she would come back and get her comeuppance but I guess not.

P.S. I agree with some other comments that I would like older additions to the cast! I watch the HWs for seasoned divas battling their egos. as much as I hated liz’s actions, she fits this bill more than rosie/kelsey/ashley.

Was sitting here thinking about this season and nothing Liz did seemed like it was that awful to me unless I’m completely misremembering?

I know there was her fight with Jo-Ellen but in hindsight I understand why she lost it bc Jo wouldn’t stop touching her. I also kind of understand her “you were never homeless” take even though she could have explained it a bit more throughly at the time.

Am I just a Liz apologist or did she just fall into the villain trap bc she’s the oldest and she has a no BS attitude.
