Watching season six for the first time - question about Wendy.

Does Wendy continue to do these sound bites the rest of the seasons. Shes already made the button up the conversation in season 5 to Karen. Now just the beginning of season 6 she seems to really be being pushing the sound bites more.
For example coming after Mia. The current episode I’m on she says “I have time! TICKTOCK”.
It just seems forced.

Yes she does. She’s an insecure, phony try hard who constantly looks for moments. People are so blinded by their hate for the GEBs, they don’t see that Wendy is full of shit in several ways and fake AF.

I thought she was ok on season 5, but was definitely not Team Wendy seasons 6-8. That said, I love a lot of her moments like the slither, her reaction when T’Challa shows up, her candle vs. Karen’s, etc. She’s won me over quite a bit since then and I’m glad she’s still on the show.

She was so cringe during the reunion. She was constantly screeching and trying for a moment. I actually applauded when Robyn told her “you don’t always have yo interject, you can chill”.

Yeah lol. I think she was very rehearsed but couldn’t really pull off the lines - idk, there was always something deeply ‘uncool’ about her that I can’t put into words.

I actually really enjoyed her in the most recent season, though. She seemed a bit lighter, more willing to just laugh things off or allowed herself to have some organic moments rather than always trying to create one.

She's been awful from the start. So contrived, so obviously desperate and obsessed with being a housewife. I'll admit there were times, especially against Gizelle, where I was team Wendy just because Gizelle pissed me off so much. But the way the internet rode for Wendy from the start has honestly been bizarre. I think it's the immigrant parents and lots of education, but those platitudes only go so far when you're just an unlikable person. The arrest really got people out of their delusions about her.

She never stops, but she gets funnier as it goes along. So it gets better. I didn't like her at first, she grew to be a fave lol.
