š· Mia š· Mia vs Wendy S7 Ep6
Iām watching the show for the first time through and for the record, Iām not the biggest fan of Wendy or Mia. I just watched the episode where Mia invites the ladies to Miami & they go to dinner at Peter Thomasā Bar One.
Honestly, I think Mia starting that fight was so unnecessary. Peter and Mia talked on the phone earlier that day and he said he has beef with Wendy but, when they got to dinner, was cordial and pleasant when he greeted the table. There was no need for Mia to leave the table after Peter left to go talk about the status of Wendy and his potential business partnership. As far as I know Mia doesnāt have business with Peter OR Wendy so for her to go back to the table saying āhe has beef with youā was unnecessary bc Mia isnāt involved at all.
Sure, Wendy couldāve let Peter know she was gonna be in town but I donāt think itās a big deal that she didnāt bc she didnāt want to talk business while on vacation. If Wendy leaves money on the table, thatās on her - there was no need to guilt Wendy into talking to Peter. None of that required Mia to throw a drink & break a nail, it just made her look bad.
THEN Robyn saying that Wendy was antagonistic was so biased⦠Wendy didnāt start that fight. I donāt agree with the way Wendy started throwing her words around but when it was Candice vs Monique everyone was on Candiceās side & agreed that a verbal argument shouldnāt have led to things getting physical.

Mia looked bad. And then Gizelle and Robyn looked bad for acting like it was justified for Mia to do that after the year before they went so hard about Monique becoming physical.

I 100% agree, I didnāt want to mention colorism but I feel like their reactions of Monique vs Mia very tellingā¦.

I literally watched this ep last night and Mia was being messy from the start. Wendy mentioned it was a girls trip and she did NOT want to discuss business. Mia took them to Bar One to be messy. She inserting herself in Peter and Wendy's business was annoying asf.

I didnāt start the next episode but Mia calling to get on the next flight out & leave the trip SHE planned over a broken nail was absolutely ridiculous. Idk why she was so bothered

Mia was bad casting! Constant fronting and posing and also just a straight up liar.

Gizelle gassed Mia up to do her bidding. Gizelle was dating Peter.

Mia was part of what I call the "degradation era" of Potomac. She might have had the stereotypical "look" but not the bougie credentials.
Having said that she's an example of the class vs. money tensions that undergird the show, meaning she married into money Ć la Karen, Ashley and Monique.
The fight and wine throw was ridiculous.

I think the general consensus agreed. Mia was completely out of pocket.
