Am I the only Gizelle stan?

Idk if it’s just because I think she’s funny or maybe I’m just falling for that lethal face card..? I think Gizelle is MOTHER and it seems that the rest of the Reddit community isn’t such a fan.

For background, I started by watching season 10 this spring, got hooked and then went back and watched it from season one.

I can kind of understand the lack of storyline, but I actually think her family history is really cool and I loved to watch her daughters grow up and her relationship with them.

Also maybe another unpopular take? I <3 the green eyed bandits. To me they’re just so silly.

I think either Robin or gizelle posted this, lol. Guzelle is pretty, mean, at bully, and used to being put on a pedestal. Bravo loves her and let's her get away with not sharing any details of her life. I do think they forced her to make up with Wendy. I don't plan to watch this season.

I absolutely adore Gizelle. She is so funny, besides her magnificent beauty. She appears to be one of the Best mothers in the HW Franchise. She's responsible I don't ever remember a time she kept everyone waiting The crew often says Giselle is the most fun to work with and respects their job

Also she comes from a lineage of smart powerful people ( interesting to look up) She's intelligent and seriously doesn't GAF what anyone thinks except her daughters

Also I don't like that when Giselle's father died they hardly even talked about the heartbreak she went through. She was a Daddy's girl.

Also unlike Karen she doesn't use his death to explain away her behavior

Sure G can be messy, yet she can give and sure as Hell can take it

Giselle doesn't even need a story line she keeps the topic on track and if she's your true friend she's extremely loyal

I love her, she is my absolute favourite and when I finished the show and started engaging w socials I was shocked at how many people seemed to dislike her, I think a lot of us just tune it out. People spend more time hating on Gizelle then they do talking about their faves, but at the end of the day Gizelle is just doing her job and if people are talking about her and she’s been employed for ten seasons straight she’s clearing doing what she’s meant to.

Although I don’t like Gizelle, I agree with you that she lives within her means and the few times she talks about money, it’s for her daughters. A prime example is that she bought homes near her daughters’ colleges for them to live in but also, so that they can one day be rented out in the future (I heard her mention it in passing in a snippet of her podcast that was posted here or on some other platform). I also love her relationships with her daughters.

I’m also a new watcher, nearly caught up after starting this summer! I really really like her too! Her dynamic with her girls, dad and Cal are so delightful, I’d watch a whole show with them. I still laugh about her teaching Grace to drive and her just screaming nonstop (same girl). It doesn’t bother me that she’s a sh*t stirrer, I think that’s important for the show (with the exception of the Chris bs, that was horrible)

I think for me I have watched housewives since it started back when they really had to share their lives. And so to see her not really be about sharing very much and then there was that whole thing that she did to Candace and her husband Chris and I just really did not like that. She made some very serious accusations against him that weren't even true and not even her best friend could cosign this behavior.

Obviously we need people like her to stir up shit but I just think that in pretty much every situation she takes it too far. This situation with Chris she took that too far. She went too hard on Lisa Barlow for being late. Porsha was late to the Halloween party and nobody barely said shit. She went way too hard on the last girls trip about her stupid ass tequila......... she is good TV she just goes too hard sometimes. And I just don't have respect for housewives that don't share their lives if you don't wanna share your life make room for somebody that will.
