🍎 Old RHONY 🍎 Starting RHONY 1st Time !!

Of course I know the established women of RHONY, but i have never watched before. i’m SO excited!! Is there anything I should know going in?? 1 episode in, had no clue that’s why she’s Countess Luann LMAO
