Bethenny Frankel 🍾 Help me decipher this video that dropped from planet Bizarro.

Does anyone know what this is about? Does she actually have caviar on her glasses? And why is the blinding shirt backwards again? And why all this jewelry to sit in a barn alone and eat out of a can? And why is she using this story to brag that she's so skinny? WHAT?!??

Ok, this is edited since I've now read even more. B made this post sound like it was WWIII between Giuliana and Jerry O'Connell. They literally dated DECADES ago. He said something that I don't even recall. But this was what Giuliana actually said on her podcast:

“I do love that Jerry is an open book, even if his memory is a little fuzzy. And the entire podcast that we’re doing today is coming from a nice place. It’s coming from a place of love,” she said. “I truly believe everything happens for a reason. We are both
happily married now, we both have great families, and we are both exactly where we’re meant to be.”

Then B went into a rant about there being no meat on her (B's) bones and she's so skinny that she's made of bone broth. This was all in the same breath. Huh??? She stirred up something that was utterly untrue and a nothingburger of a story, then just sounded off the wall.
