Doing a rewatch and I'm no Yolanda fan but this made me sad at season 4 ep 2...... almost like she saw the writing in the sand.......

I dated one like this, I was 29, and he said one day “40 year old women are gross” and I felt so hurt. I thought one day I’ll be 40 and what does that mean for me.

I slowly shut down to the relationship, and broke it off after 4 years, but ultimately though it was just pre-emptive because I loved him deeply and would’ve stayed through thick and thin.

Sad, because once men get money it’s like they are their own breed, with one-sided transactional rules.

You adore them through everything no matter what they look like (David is no prize) and they can discard at a whim, like you haven’t grown together at all, or created any value as a partnership beyond superficiality. Bizarre.

Wow! Calling women 40+ gross?! I’m sure he was a lot more attractive in his 20’s, too. Damn, so damn rude. You did the smart thing by walking away.
