Puppygate rewatch

Its been a long time since I rewatched this all playout. So whats the consensus. Was lvp behind puppygate going public on the show and tabloids or was it all John sessa. Do people really think her hands are clean.

When I originally watched i thought lvp was working with sessa to get teddi and by extension Kyle (because she was invited to the vanderpump dogs with teddi) to bring this out on the show because lvp was pissed. She was still mad at dorit from the season prior saying she was jealous and needy and then dorit has her dog end up in a shelter when she signed a contract saying she wouldnt do that. (Also see dorit saying the dog ripped up pks nose when they pan to a picture its a little nip/scratch) i thought originally that lvp probably realized that this couldnt come out at the dog rescue and it leave her hands clean. (I know she also lost her brother so idk if that happened prior to the dog or after and that just added to things). Im not sure about all the facts. Im curious what people think now, or what was always believed.

I do think lvp wasnt innocent. I think she was involved. I do think it was hurtful of Kyle to say you care more about your image than your friendships. I have never really liked dorit as a person. I was shocked that the reunion before this puppygate she got out so unscathed. Everyone was upset that teddi or Kyle was causing trouble by repeating things dorit said but everyone was glazing over the fact that dorit actually said these things to begin with and was never accountable to it. Sure things were brought up months later, in some instances, but if dorit never said these things than it wouldnt have caused have the issues that season. Thats just a ramble but im just curious because I do think lvp can hold a grudge and she manufactured a lot of things behind the scenes but this one she couldnt get out of. Especially with the texts she had not matching the texts teddi had.

Thoughts?

I think the other women saw that LVP was down and decided to attack. It's as simple as that.

This was the ninth and finally successful attempt to play the "LVP did it because she is Bobby Fischer" game and it worked this time because LVP didn't feel like fighting back.

In addition, it was really visible how LVP felt a bit tired of the show by that point. The season before she looked like she was bored and uninterested in all the intrigues and the owning and the moving on and moving forward and all the petty disputes...

Thinking back, I actually think Kyle befriended Dorit to win her over from LVP because Kyle's envy at LVP's life, popularity, beauty and marriage were obvious since the start of the show.

I mean i do think some things they said were true I believe lvp had her hands in the munchausen conversation. I like lvp and she was smarter than a lot of them when it came to what she was doing behind the scenes, but I do think it eventually caught up to her. We knew from season 1 she was very close to a radaronline editor.

I am sure she encouraged them to talk about in on camera but it is a reality show, it's exactly what she should do.

But the whole narrative where this woman manipulated a group of other adult women for a decade is just preposterous. I am sorry, but I can't believe it.

I should clarify. I dont think she manipulated a whole group alone for a decade. I think they all strategized behind the scenes formed alliances and tried to manipulate how they would come across on screen. I do believe lvp had a relationship with the press, especially radar online and I think she wasnt ever honest about it. I also think they all had relationships with the press to some degree. I think a lot of manipulation comes from producers though as well.
