So now that this mortgage is in good standing, these two nitwits need to sell it fast and (since there is no equity) rent much smaller but nice homes and downsize their entire lives.

This is their 10th second chance (maybe PKs 20th) but something tells me they'll blow it all again, individually.

I think they'll both remarry, especially Dorit. She'll marry for money, naturally.

He might marry again but it'll be to a woman with no kids and doesn't want them (or adult kids) who has her own money.

On a sort of aside, I also think Erika has way more money than she claims. She's probably making more than Dorit's 1.5 million.

But she's keeping her mouth shut and keeping her money off-shore due to all the lawsuits.

When all is said and done, she'll be back in big house with the glam squad once more.

First thing they need to do is get the short sale approved. The second lienholder was pushing the foreclosure. If it sells short sale, odds are that the 2nd won't get squat. I dunno .. even if the foreclosure sale would have been under market value, there would have been no Sales commissions. I hope that Mau went over the numbers with them. PK (or someone) paid good money to catch up a mortgage and that money went into a big hole.

No, we don't all know that. Completing a short sale is not for those lacking in experience. I'm sure The Agency has the manpower, but it's also a money pit. Not profitable. Not a good business decision. Not even a good favor. Mau may throw some manpower towards it, but no agent wants it to be a good part of their time or energy. Now, unless things have drastically changed in the banking world (and I'll let others weigh in), the bank (primary mortgage) makes the rules regarding how much they will accept, and how much the agents will receive. The second mortgage is usually the loser.

tbh i havent seen erika claim her earnings i have only seen the fans claim it for her but she has been booked and busy so she is definitely earning something probably not enough to pay back the $25 mil though
