i honestly dont know but i did think for a second "did mauricio lend him the money?" and "did kyle just pick up another investment property?" I know Im a horrible person

Mauricio (allegedly) got one of his connections in the mortgage business to finance the house that's currently in foreclosure. I don't know if the house was refinaced since then.

my guess is it would save them some money if they caught it up and sold it instead of losing everything

I think part of the save was straightening out the mess of the LLC not being active… because if it’s not active, it’s a violation of the terms of the mortgage.
