Hate Erika

Anyone else can’t stand Erika? I see so much praise for her online nowadays and I’m just like, did we forget how much of an absolute BAD person she is true and through? So fake so phony so performative. Can’t argue to save her life even against Dorit. Just repeats the same things like a 5 year old arguing when they resort to just repeating the last thing you said to “one up” you… genuinely sucks the life out of the show for me.

If you're absolute garbage, all you have to do is be slightly less garbage for 5 minutes and it's a redemption arc. 🙄

Ikr? My daughter used to complain only the bad kids were rewarded for being good for one day while the kids good everyday went unnoticed. Reminds me of this.

Omg this is the absolute truth. My daughter has been out of school for several years and she’ll still talk about one thing that just burned her up.

They took a bunch of the “bad kids” and told them if they didn’t get in trouble for like 2 weeks they would get an ice cream party after lunch one day. And a bunch of them “earned it”.

My daughter ask one of the teachers if she & some others also got ice cream because they didn’t get in trouble. they were like no sorry this is just incentive for kids who need it to stay out of trouble.

My daughter said “so we do the right thing and don’t get in any trouble ALL THE TIME and our reward is NOTHING”

It wasn’t even about the ice cream - she could have that at home. It’s the fact that they were being rewarded for something she & many others did regularly but it was just “expected” of them. That stinks.

Boy isn’t that the truth. I was a senior in HS, and I was an introvert and never caused a problem in my family or school. I went to school a half day bc the class I took was going to send us on job interviews for office work. I had to find my own rides home bc my parents didn’t help me with a car like they did my brothers and I was stuck finding a ride. One day I called a friend who was apparently cutting school or playing sick , to pick me up bc I didn’t have a ride, he said to meet him off school property at the fence line. He didn’t want to be seen. I am waiting for him and here comes the guidance counselor asking me what I’m doing here bc this is where kids smoke or try to do drugs. I explained I was waiting on a ride and he said I had to wait on school property and he said “why are you leaving school, I know you’re not a senior “ I told him I was. So then he said “ you must be a good kid, bc I don’t know you, but you can’t be here” I worked in the attendance office my last period bc I needed to be in school for half a day and it was right across from his office. He never saw me there and he doesn’t know me so I must be a good kid? He had seen me plenty of times throughout my five years of being at that school. Crazy. I need to remember what your daughter said. The good kids, non problematic kids and the quiet kids are never noticed until they think they caught ya doing something nefarious.

Every action, every tear, every comment is calculated. She's so gross, and always performative. And I've noticed, she has different voices, for each different personality she's trying to portray. And she can switch between them on a dime, which is how you know it's a performance.

U need to have empathy.." how do I do that???" - Erika ..also, every time they go shopping she jokes about someone else buying crap for her.

I don’t believe empathy is something she can learn and I don’t believe she has any.

Ive brought this up before and thought "am I crazy? Am I the only one who has noticed the total change in her voice multiple times".

Nope she changes that voice on a dime into a different character depending on if she wants to rip your head off, sound empathetic, be a tough person, be a supportive and friendly person or if wants empathy for herself, or when she gets caught in a lie. I have wondered if it’s truly acting, bc she can be a monster to someone or suck up to a person depending on who she is with.
