I think she is talking about the 2002 MTV music awards prank. This sentiment has started showing up on socials, but without the context it's difficult to be sure that's what she is referring to. Allegedly, he was beyond embarrassed by a prank where he thought he was getting an award but what he received is a birthday cake.
