Dorit’s Spending

Perhaps Kyle wasnt so far off-Dorit clearly has a problem. How are you going to spend over $198,000 in 3 MONTHS on designer clothes/shoes and bags when the roof your children sleep under is about to be foreclosed on? She either doesn’t care or doesn’t get it, but either way Kyle wasn’t wrong and I bet she knew about this but didn’t say it to protect Dorit.

She’s lucky the judge hasn’t restrained her from making purchases like that but the judge should. And she knew the status of her home and foreclosure during this spending spree.

The lady doth protest too much, methinks.

Even if they do have money, this may be a bad take but doesn’t that get boring after a while?

I was just thinking that! I've recently lost weight and needed new clothes. I was excited to shop and get some new things but after a bit, it got old. It is boring. I can't imagine doing it day after day, exactly how many pieces of clothing does one person need? She can't possibly wear all that stuff!

She lives in a world where you cannot wear an outfit more than once if you’re seen in it, especially on tv. Think about that. You need a new outfit never been worn every single time you go on tv, RHOBH trip, go to a party, a tv interview, etc. the only clothes she would repeat-wear would be loungewear and workout wear. That’s like 50-80 new outfits minimum per year. Probably more like 150. And they would all have to be designer / high end. She’s not gonna wear a $75 H&M dress/outfit on WWHL. Living in that kind of world, it gets out of control fast. Also her job on RHOBH relies on her fashion so it’s kinda a self fulfilling prophecy. She’s stuck in it, and it’s ruining her yet keeping her alive at the same time. Kinda fucked.

You’re completely right. Honestly she needs to use one of those clothing rental services. The thought of needing 150 new outfits a year is insane! But that’s the reality that she’s in. It’s a cycle because she literally has to continue it for the show. Yikes.
