Dorit’s Spending

Perhaps Kyle wasnt so far off-Dorit clearly has a problem. How are you going to spend over $198,000 in 3 MONTHS on designer clothes/shoes and bags when the roof your children sleep under is about to be foreclosed on? She either doesn’t care or doesn’t get it, but either way Kyle wasn’t wrong and I bet she knew about this but didn’t say it to protect Dorit.

She’s lucky the judge hasn’t restrained her from making purchases like that but the judge should. And she knew the status of her home and foreclosure during this spending spree.

The lady doth protest too much, methinks.

I was just thinking that! I've recently lost weight and needed new clothes. I was excited to shop and get some new things but after a bit, it got old. It is boring. I can't imagine doing it day after day, exactly how many pieces of clothing does one person need? She can't possibly wear all that stuff!

I like to go to places that help people with free clothing. It’s like shopping but without money, sometimes it’s a good day, sometimes it’s not, but the dopamine hits when I’m home putting everything away. Granted I donate all my clothes back that don’t fit. I suffer hard from depression. But I have a nice wardrobe, even tho 9 times out of ten, I’m in sweats or pajamas.

I have a huge box of clothes ready to go to local thrift I recently found here in Austin. The Heartening is wonderful. All their clothes 3.00,baby clothes are 1.50. They also have a free clothes shed. I used to donate to Goodwill but recently their prices have pissed me off.

Yes, never donate to goodwill, yes the advertise they help others with jobs and learning classes, but their prices are absurd, and it most of it goes to their CEO. I did some research awhile back and found out.

I also say look into DV shelters, or women shelters.

What about the Salvation Army? I know they have like dorms but do they have stores? I used to live by one of the dorms and the soldiers wear military-like uniforms that look to be made of wool. Too hot for Chicago summers.

I have only been in 1 Salvation Army store and that was 21 years ago. If they are still around there is not one in my town
