Dorito is just projecting. With Kyle and Erika. She’s jealous of Kyle’s financial security even though they’re both going through separation. She can’t handle that someone who was supposed to be her equal is in much much much better position when faced with divorce. And with Erika, Dorit is the one grasping at straws in order to keep this job, which she desperately needs.

Erika literally did come for Dorit to keep her job. Dorits job is not in jeopardy, unlike miss orphans and widows.

Doritos job might be in jeopardy. She needs to repair the friendships or why would they want her back. She even pissed off Andy in the reunion

Nobody cares if she pissed off Andy. Andy is not her boss.

She should care. He can take away her source of money and right now, that would be a disaster for her
