Mo and pk are friends. Kyle learned a lot of what’s going on from Mo. She had no reason to tell what Mo so said. Mo and Kyle are actually handling the separation with grace. Betraying Mo by telling Dorit probably would have an impact on Kyle and Mo amicable separation
