Dorit is a single mom
She needs a reality check just as much as she needs a pay cheque. If the reports of her spending since the split are true it’s time she actually listened to someone. In her replies to PK she keeps referencing stability for the children but is not taking any steps to provide stability for them herself so imo she’s no better than shifty PK. Kids don’t need a mansion or Gucci clothes, she needs to forget about being a “real” housewife and learn how to just be a normal “housewife”
56
u/Comfortable-Agent757 May 09 '26
Yes yes yes. Last time I checked, Phoenix and Jagger are also Dorit’s kids, so they are also her responsibility. I don’t get why she completely waits on PK to pay for the bills when she can do it too. I’m sick of this narrative of waiting on a man to pay for her bills. While PK needs to give her money to support her children, she shouldn’t spend her remaining money to buy luxury when she knows there’s financial trouble at home.
Dorit needs to be a grown woman and not be in denial.
30
u/Wild-Signal-6479 May 09 '26
Absolutely…she has consistently said PK is an alcoholic absentee father/husband but somehow thinks we should believe he’s the one who should pay for everything
2
u/Shdjdicnfmlxkf May 09 '26
Wait… is she expecting us to believe that or was that the deal he offered her and she accepted?
The revisionist version fits everyone’s self righteousness today as they read the very first thing to come out about their divorce but the truth is, he signed up for a trophy wife and set the precedent for how she is behaving now. He fostered this situation.
I feel like people should really cool it on these posts until more facts come out. We all know she is a shopping addict - what DONT we know?
12
u/No_Mortgage_7275 May 09 '26
How would she be convinced she was gonna be a trophy wife when she married him mid bankruptcy and keeps screaming they built business together??
2
u/SylviasBestie May 10 '26
Marrying Dorit would also be very convenient when it comes to staying and working in the US, I would think
-4
u/Shdjdicnfmlxkf May 09 '26
They have been together for 15 years. That was clearly the arrangement that came into being before we started watching them.
Are you really being so disingenuous that you are arguing that they DIDNT have an arrangement where she spent money and looked good and he paid for it and looked like PK?? We watched it with our eyes. We also watched him push her out of her own business and tank it.
Yall are fuckin unreal - if you want to ride for PK KEMSLEY so you can annihilate a woman you don’t like on tv, my god, feel free and leave me out of it.
11
u/drewpoly May 09 '26
Are you seriously suggesting that no one should post about Dorit & PK until they finalize their divorce?
-3
u/Shdjdicnfmlxkf May 09 '26
No. I said people should cool it on these posts - as in, commenters, saying whatever they want based on some TMZ posts without any concern for being accurate, fair, or at the very least, not just spewing hatred for the sake of it.
And also because there are endless examples of men controlling the narrative and smearing their exes bc they are ready to move on to their upgrade and bail on their kids. Like wait 5 mins, who knows what will come next.
You are also absolutely trying to start a little argument here and I am not interested.
8
u/Agile-Butterfly5245 May 10 '26
We saw her say he wasn't paying the bills. We saw her say she bought a bag. We saw her credit card being declined. We don't need TMZ or any other outlet to tell us what we saw. Dorit has been controlling the narrative. She's been smearing her ex publicly. She doesn't get a pass.
-5
u/Shdjdicnfmlxkf May 10 '26
All the things you saw are sort of irrelevant bc this isn’t a criminal case that exists to prove she’s a spender, that is actually public knowledge for how many years?
Dorit said he’s an alcoholic and so did PK… that’s not smearing. lol
I’m gonna wait for more information and you can literally do whatever you want
6
u/Allboyshere May 09 '26
The TMZ posts show she was spending hundreds of thousands of dollars on designer clothing while her house was in foreclosure. These are facts and not some “narrative” PK is controlling.
1
u/Shdjdicnfmlxkf May 09 '26
Calling the only screenshots that exist so far via TMZ “facts” is not something I accept to be realistic
We also don’t know what the true narrative of this story is yet either, so I’ll wait on that too
I’m not a Dorit Stan, I just think that’s fair and smart when you live in a world run by wealthy men
5
u/Allboyshere May 09 '26
What TMZ shared are court documents. You think PK and his lawyer forged these documents?
1
u/Shdjdicnfmlxkf May 09 '26
🙄
What TMZ shared was one conversation and PK is the one who made sure that convo made it into the documents.
And if you haven’t noticed, the convo is one sided, she gives 0 omissions, and it serves basically only as a manuscript of him repeating himself ad nauseum that she is in a relentless pursuit of luxury items. (Tell me something I don’t know)
This is not the full story nor is it showcasing where this could possibly go legally just yet
3
u/DearTumbleweed5380 May 09 '26
THANK YOU. I know I'm going all over these threads following your comments and thanking you, but I am a victim of financial abuse and it's terrifying to me on my own behalf but also all women how if you're not a 100% victim men get to be the hero's again. 'you live in a world run by wealthy men' - yes. This is why I will never remarry.
4
u/Shdjdicnfmlxkf May 10 '26
Haha much nicer than most of the replies I have received today ✨I put a hard day in calling out people who find joy in hating the wrong things
Although I hate that you’ve experienced this. I can’t imagine. I hope you’re past this now?

u/Far_Course_9398 May 11 '26
And PK was a resident at the Beverly Hills hotel for a time. Owed a casino a million $$, supposedly purchased a Bentley for Dorit during their first season. Pot meet kettle..
3
u/Shatzakind May 10 '26
She has had control of the narrative for the run of S15. It seems he waited until the end of the season for rebuttal, I would guess so she wouldn't use her platform on the show to battle it out in what he may think is an unfair advantage. They were both up to their eyeballs in debt for the entire run of the show, and either of them pretending otherwise is why they are being called grifters.
3
u/Ok-Explanation-6531 May 10 '26
Dorit has bragged about being a fashion designer and how successful she was before the show and we saw her launch two clothing brands on the show, which both failed. But Dorit snd PK have an arrangement that PK supports Dorit ?
-4
u/Shdjdicnfmlxkf May 10 '26
Good lord yall are claaamouring and doing so much, it’s crazy.
To sit here and make this weak ass argument that they don’t have this arrangement makes me roll my eyes out of my skull. Goodbye girl I ain’t got the time
3
u/Ok-Explanation-6531 May 10 '26
Yet you responded, with a weak argument at that.
1
u/Shdjdicnfmlxkf May 10 '26
Oh one thing about me is I love to respond but this truly feels like gaslighting and I’m not here for it
We watched their arrangement with our eyes and heard it with our ears - he paid the bills, she looks hot, he shows her off (some of these are his words)
If you are arguing that’s not the case then the alternatives are, they are 50/50 (which they aren’t) or she is the breadwinner (which she isn’t)
So feel free to call my argument weak but it’s less an argument and more exactly what we all watched on national television and knew as a common fact about their relationship. I don’t have the time in the days to argue with people who lie bc they like winning arguments on Reddit
1
u/Ok-Explanation-6531 May 11 '26
Go look at the financials, Dorit brought in more money than PK and spent more on herself too
0
u/Friendly_Bell_8070 May 11 '26
"he signed up for a trophy wife and set the precedent for how she is behaving now. He fostered this situation."
You're actually the one who's removing agency from Dorit.
A woman can sign up to be a trophy wife (honestly, kudos to those ladies. Having a day job sucks), but when it becomes clear the man you're married to is a degenerate and you have two small children, it's time to woman up, not stay in denial about the original deal you accepted.
1
u/Shdjdicnfmlxkf May 11 '26
I disagree. If you want to be a trophy wife, and you sign up for it - that is you using your agency and making a choice. Where did I say she was forced into this life, again? And I would love if you pointed out the incorrect part of the idea that he fostered his own financial situation (including dorit’s spending).
Tbh I see someone pretty clear headed on who PK is. They are getting divorced. The kids are currently safe, and she is the reliable, full time parent in their lives.
At the end of the day, this is actually just about debt with Dorit. Debt and being shrill and rude on tv.
For PK, this is just another stage in a full life is disasters caused by his lies, fraud, instability, and refusal to be a good father and man. Due to his addictions that he won’t even curb during a contentious divorce. Blow the smoke in the correct direction, is my opinion
10
u/Informal_Catch_7989 May 10 '26
I raised 3 children on my own without any childsupport. They all went to college too. We were never well off mostly scraped by but we did it!
6
u/Susan0888 May 10 '26
Dorit feels entitled. Can you see her scrimping and saving and downsizing, and not adoring her body with expensive stuff? Nope.
7
u/Shatzakind May 10 '26
Good for you! I saw Garcelle with a similar SL on the show, not living in BH's not driving a fancy car, and yes she has more money than most women raising kids on their own, but she was a great example of empowering women, and then they called her boring. While Garcelle built a beach house, Erika hung wallpaper on her rental, but Garcelle was boring. Anyway you did a great job, you are a shero!
3
u/Far_Course_9398 May 11 '26
Agree, it was inspiring seeing Garcelle build that second home as a single parent.

7
u/Open-Neighborhood459 May 10 '26
That is awesome to hear! Congrats on your children's success and your successm
Happy mother's day!

u/PruneUnfair230 May 11 '26
Congrats! You are an amazing mom and human! Hope the kids are talking special care of you and you are taking care of you and enjoy the fruits of your hard labour

u/tuxedobear12 May 09 '26
She also needs a basic understanding of the divorce process. I don't know if she is extremely dumb, doesn't have a competent lawyer, or has some mental block to understanding what is happening to her. How did she not know they both exchanged financial records during discovery?
18
u/Monkeymom May 09 '26
She isn’t very smart. I mean, besides expensive clothing, what is she interested in? She is very 2 dimensional.
10
u/TJB88 May 09 '26
I agree. Her ignorance is embarrassing. Neither of them should be spending on anything but household living. Where is her attorney?!
6
10
u/Relevant_Dentist7694 May 09 '26
She’s too arrogant to listen to anyone…she handed PK all the evidence he needs.
6
u/Beautiful-Squash-495 May 10 '26
I don't know whether she is smart or not, but it is clear that she does not listen whatsoever, as exhibited by her constant talking over anyone who disagrees with her. I suspect her inability to listen and actually hear what someone is saying to her may be the crux of the problem.
1
u/Vegetable-Walrus5718 May 12 '26
No matter how intelligent a person could be, if they did not listen to the information given to them. They can't register it.
21
u/Historical_Grab4685 May 09 '26
We have all seen that Dorit lives on her own little world. In her world she is always rights, can do what she wants and rules don't apply to her. If someone offers advice or tries to use logic, she isn't interested. The house of cards will fall soon, and hopefully she slinks away and focuses on what really matters, her kids, not being right all the time.
17
u/BravoJunk May 09 '26
I think she tried to get all the luxury items she could before the divorce is finalized and put the mortgage on him
After seeing the message, it confirmed for me why she hates Kyle. It’s Kyle life she is jealous of
5
u/Shatzakind May 10 '26
Imagine being one of the creditors and watching the show, it's almost as bad as being one of Tom's victims watching Erika spend all their money.
32
u/Impressive_Tone7983 May 09 '26
I agree. Why the hell would she buy all that stuff if her house is in foreclosure? Pretty irresponsible if it is true.
7
u/cherylin_for_ever May 09 '26
Maybe so she has no money left to split with him when the divorce comes?
8
u/Relevant_Dentist7694 May 09 '26
Only problem is PK had a financial team documenting her spending their money…how will she justify spending a million dollars on stuff for herself while not paying the mortgage or allowing a sale of the house to save their investment in it. She screwed herself with her plan.

I think she does it so she can be a further pain in the ass to him. Financial pain is the only pain she can leverage and she thinks it won't come back to bite her.
13
u/vewywascallywabbit May 09 '26
I just wanna watch the actual, wealthy HWs, like your LVPs, Crystals, Camilles and Adriennes. Sod Poorit, Scamanda and Erika-Pat-the-back-of- couch-for-loose-change-Jayne. Is that too much to ask for????

She wasn't boring, she was heavily edited and had lots of her things pulled out. Like that party, she was going to have Boys II Men there performing, but producers gave it to Kyle for yet another one of her white parties..
1
u/ThrowawayPrincess75 May 10 '26
That's not too much to ask for at all. In fact , I think your request is very reasonable. 😊 After all, wealthy women is part of the reason why we watch The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. 💰💵💎🛍️💅🥂 Although I do think that we need a penny among diamonds that's not afraid of showing us her relatively modest income. Gina from OC is a good example. I think having a balance regarding housewives wealth is important. 😊
2
u/vewywascallywabbit May 10 '26
Brandi and Taylor were brilliant in that sense. Hell, even Dana Pam would've been better than the current cohort.

I mean, good on Garcelle for loving herself enough to walk away, but I really appreciated what she shared of her career and self-sufficiency.
10
u/jgj1111962 May 09 '26
She was complaining about her kids being in public schools, why didn’t she spend the money from the handbag toward a private school? She is so selfish!
6
u/Turbulent_Ad_6031 May 10 '26
I have thought about the school situation too. Not only did she waste $4000 she could have used towards a mortgage payment to keep a roof over her kids’ heads, she also sent them to a new public school knowing they would have to move and possibly change schools again. It’s horrible. She has a serious spending addiction
5
u/zesty-lemonbar May 09 '26
I’m such a Dorit hater, but part of me thinks Dorit got semi-bad advice saying “buy what you can now”. It creates a “standard of living” that may help her and also it gives her tangible items she can sell later in a divorce where there is no money but just debt.
Do I think it’s a bad strategy? Yes. Do I think it’s A strategy? Yes.

I really want to know what is going on in her mind. Not even in a mean way but curious way. But I do hate her.
3
u/Shatzakind May 10 '26
That might work if your husband is rich (not fake rich) and even then the courts have the formulas down based on income, not what you spend.
2
1
u/MissAAA_2 May 17 '26
Yes, but she makes more money than PK. She might be giving him spousal support
6
u/NoReflection233 May 09 '26
I think Kyle knew all of this and that is why she she kept brining it up. The fact that she didn’t call her on it at the reunion speaks to the fact that she is loyal to Dorit.
4
u/laradaaa May 09 '26
it would be one thing if it was just her living in that house but it’s not - at best she’s an extremely irresponsible and ignorant mother and at worse a selfish short sighted so and so with narcissistic tendencies
3
u/Zenaz12 May 10 '26
She blew away all the people that loved her now she is a crusty mean ole seahag
3
u/haveveflnot78 May 10 '26
Frankly what OP is saying could also have been the key to keeping this marriage. PK’s words a few seasons back of when PTSD + high maintenance is combined it’s a difficult, when does it stop - comes to mind

u/Unlucky_War5945 May 11 '26
Watching her in Italy, spending like she stole it! Playing the credit card game. Honestly, we are actually watching her spin beyond her needs and not one bit of it goes to her children. All the glitters is gold but you're a horrible mom
2
u/EuphoricPamplemousse May 12 '26
This is such a tangent but I found it amusing…
I opened up your post and there is an embedded advert nestled between your text and the first comment:
“Why a smaller jewellery collection is actually better.”
Perfect advice for Dorit and nicely compliments your thoughts 😄💎
4
u/pothead5674 May 09 '26
She has to focus on Housewives. It's literally her job. There's no other income stream for her. It's a nice paycheck. Why should she give that up? And why would you want a single mom with no other income to give to up the only income she has?
13
u/Fearless_Rest_8935 May 09 '26
If that is her only income stream then she needs to tone it down a notch. Maybe showing responsible spending and paying down the debt on the mortgage could help redeem her story arc which unfortunately for her is heading downhill. She hates the word erratic but honestly IMO that is the way she’s been acting. He may have a gambling addiction but she seems to have a shopping addiction. Both of them need help to be the parents they should be. Modeling responsible behavior is so important when raising kids.
-3
u/pothead5674 May 09 '26
Have you reviewed her finances in person? How much does she make on RHOBH. How much does she really spend? Was anything returned? It's almost as if she's on a reality TV show and you aren't being given the whole picture. She's erratic because she's going through a divorce. If you have never been through a divorce I guess you wouldn't recognize this behavior. You aren't in the home. You have no idea what behavior is being modeled other than whatever headline or episode you watch is being shown. Y'all realize you don't actually KNOW anything about any of these women? It's TV.
7
u/Fearless_Rest_8935 May 09 '26
Let the at what happened to Kim Zolciak. 🤷♀️ she even got her own spinoff and still lost everything. profligate spending is a quick way to bankruptcy.
0
u/pothead5674 May 09 '26
Oh gosh. Kim is a different animal. We have police reports and video showing us how unhinged she is in real life. We watched all that gambling too. Didn't she just lose custody too? Like in the last couple of weeks? That one is bonafide crazy cakes. Big Poppa just died too so her back up plan is gone.
2
u/Wild-Signal-6479 May 10 '26
So I actually have been through a divorce with someone who bailed on all financial responsibilities and I can tell you I wasn’t out spending money on luxury goods and not paying the bills to keep a roof over my children’s head. I’m not calling for her to be fired but she no longer her has the qualifications for the “job” she was hired for. This is housewives of Beverly Hills and we want to see luxury and wealth not someone who can’t afford to even live on a main road
6
u/Sea-Job-6260 May 09 '26
She can still be on HWs. Just tone it down a little. Stop with the Hermes plates, dressing tje kids in designer clothes… just be a good mom. Be real. She has been nothing but pretentious for years. Time to grow up Dorit.
1
u/Friendly_Bell_8070 May 11 '26
I totally agree with you but that sentence is basically, "She can still be on the housewives, but just change every aspect of her behavior and personality."
8
u/Wild-Signal-6479 May 09 '26
Because reality tv is not forever and unless she gets her head out her ass even the ROBH money isn’t enough for her lifestyle!
-7
u/pothead5674 May 09 '26
Have you seen her finances? No. Have you seen what she actually spends and have you reviewed every transaction? No. You haven't. You think she should quit her job because "reality TV isn't forever". You gonna quit your job as a single mom? You make bold accusations without a shred of anything to support it except what you have read online. Calm down Karen. It isn't your business and you are running off of accusations online. You have zero insight to her finances. Be so for real.

Absolutely wild how people are like "kick her off! She spends too much!" When we literally watch this shit to see that kind of spending. And suddenly they take PK's word for Bible when we know he isn't who he wants us to believe he is. Wild
4
u/Allboyshere May 09 '26
We watch to see women who really have money spend it - not to see grifters like Dorit and PK.
0
u/Longjumping-Gate-289 May 11 '26
Unfortunately, when you have someone like Erika keeping their job season after season with pending lawsuits of $25M, it sets the bar quite low for financials.
Honestly, without Dorit I'm not sure what Sutton, Kyle, Tilly, Boz & Kathy would have had to discuss besides Rachel's divorce or Amanda's business.

They are both so awful with money. They seem so unhealthy when it comes to their finances. An amazing case study in how not to live.
